Transport:

• For Larger jobs we can upgrade trailer or even rent larger trucks, we welcome all inquiries and rates are subject to size/time of job!

Rates:

• General moving help starts at a 2 hour ($150) minimum @ $75/hr + $2.00 per mile from Pickup to Drop-off and it includes:

  • $75/hour after that

  • 7ft Cargo Van

  • 1 laborer (Nick)

    • extra hands will incur additional labor rates from $50 to $75 per person

    • extra $50 for more capacity/high objects with added 5×8 trailer

• The $2 per mile is from your pickup location to dropoff (loaded miles) **EXCLUDING JUNK HAULING**

• $250 minimum for trips to landfill (junk haul)

  • no mileage rates for items being disposed of but donations are treated as General Moving rates above.

  • if items are NOT curbside or in driveway and involve extra loading time over 1 hour (stair/elevator/office hallways/indoors residentially) the $75/hr applies to additional loading time on top of $250

  • the $250 minimum does NOT include dump fees at landfill.

  • E-waste and Appliance recycling fees will vary and will need to be discussed before picking up items.

    • Some items are not allowed in landfill so it may cost a bit more for things like TVs, computers, fridges or other electronics.

  • ANY HAZARDOUS WASTE OR BATTERIES NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO PICKUP TO ENSURE IT IS NOT THROWN IN LANDFILL.

  • some items may even get you a credit for recycling

    • scrap metal, filing cabinets, etc.

  • Small to Medium sized businesses may not have the need for Full-Time maintenance personnel or heavy-lifting, large-vehicle-operating employees. LogistNixx offers on-demand services to keep your business running smoothly without risking injury other other liability for your normal staff!

  • This includes minor building maintenance and/or consulting before calling major providers.

• “Stuff-Shifting” Organization

  • We believe consolidating and eliminating items is imperative when it comes to organizing. If you only organized this creates room for more/new items that leads to future clutter. LogistNixx puts minimalism in practice with every client and helps judges when it is time to let go.

• STR Operations Support

  • Short term vacation rental support, for things outside of House Cleaner’s scope of responsibility.

    • Supply runs

    • Camera and doorbell charging

    • Minor repairs and inspections (for active guests or after when they check out)
