Transport:

• For Larger jobs we can upgrade trailer or even rent larger trucks, we welcome all inquiries and rates are subject to size/time of job!

Rates:

• Assembly starts at $150 minimum and $75/hr if it goes over 2 hrs.

  • I can assess the packaging when I arrive, and give a discounted rate to haul it away since I am already there! Most can be taken off your plate for another hour of labor = $75 (especially if it is mostly cardboard.)

• Moving help starts at $150 minimum and $75/hr if it goes over 2 hrs. This is if I am helping move items at a single location and/or using a vehicle you have or have rented for the job.

• Transport and Moving help starts at $150 with the 2 hour minimum @ $75/hr + $2.00 per mile from Pickup to Drop-off and it includes:

  • 7ft Cargo Van

  • 1 laborer (Nick)

    • extra hands will incur additional labor rate of $75 per person, depending on the job.

    • extra $50 for more capacity/high objects with added 5×8 trailer

    • $75/hour after first 2 hours

• The $2 per mile is from your pickup location to dropoff (loaded miles).

• Same Day Service is $100/hr and all the above rates are the same.

• FOR LARGER JOBS: We can work out a quote using U-haul vehicles so you can save money by hiring LogistNixx to lead your move, with your assistance, instead of having a moving company do the whole job for a much higher rate.

  • Large trailers starting at $50 with no mileage rate increase

  • Trucks (easier loading) start around $50 as well but do incur a higher mileage rate for total route and gas. These are all dependent on the size and distance so please let us know how what your needs are! Call or Text Nick anytime.

• $250 minimum for trips to landfill (junk haul)

  • no mileage rates for items being disposed of at dump, donations are treated as General Moving and the rates above apply.

  • if items are NOT curbside or in driveway and involve extra loading time over 1 hour (stair/elevator/office hallways/indoors residentially) the $75/hr applies to additional loading time on top of $250

  • the $250 minimum does NOT include dump fees at landfill.

    • fees vary from $60-90 depending on landfill or transfer station

  • E-waste and Appliance recycling fees will vary and will need to be discussed before picking up items.

    • Some items are not allowed in landfill so it may cost a bit more for things like TVs, computers, fridges or other electronics.

  • ANY HAZARDOUS WASTE OR BATTERIES NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO PICKUP TO ENSURE IT IS NOT THROWN IN LANDFILL.

  • some items may even get you a credit for recycling

    • scrap metal, filing cabinets, etc.

• BIKES: new eBike or other type of fun-machine came delivered in too many pieces? I can assemble and check it over for safety to get you rolling. Trained at REI in San Diego and a lifelong bike rider/DIY mechanic, I can serve as a bike shop alternative.

    • I can assess and often resolve most issues and if not, I will advise for a larger outfit to come in and get it done! I try to save people money by being the first call/attempt at issue before calling contractors that are more expensive.

  • We believe consolidating and eliminating items is imperative when it comes to organizing. If you only organized this creates room for more/new items that leads to future clutter. LogistNixx puts minimalism in practice with every client and helps judges when it is time to let go.
